The debate on whether fiction reading or watching TV is better has valid points on both sides. Reading can improve concentration and reduce stress, possibly even warding off Alzheimer’s in children. However, TV, with its visual effects and encapsulating storytelling, is more immersive and engaging, making it a preferred choice for some.
