Pecan Pie

Materials
• 10 tablespoons semolina
• 10 tablespoons sugar
• 10 eggs
• 10 tablespoons grated nuts
• 2 vanillas
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 \ 3 teaspoons nutmeg
• 1 small cup of coffee filled with brandy wine

For the syrup
• 1 glass of water
• 2 cups of sugar
• Same Juice of lemon

Preparation
Separate the eggs and egg yolks. Beat the meringue and then the yolks. Then add the egg yolks, slowly the meringue and the semolina. Sugar, nut, then semolina, nutmeg, vanilla and brandy. Mix them all together and butter the baking pan and pour a little flour. Put the mixture into the pan. Bake at 250c.
